  • 6 Greenstar apples
  • 4 limes
  • 600 g white grapes
  • a few springs of lemon balm of spearmint
  • 2 bottles of fruity/sparkling white wine


Was hand cube the Greenstar apples. Wash and slice the limes. Remove the stems from the grapes.

Pluck a few leaves from the sprigs of lemon balm of spearmint and cut into thin strips. Mix together in a large bowl.

Pour wine over the fruit, place in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
